Method. Reads reports/ in every job folder under Prospects, Preconstruction, Active Projects and Warranty. Takes the bullet items beneath each ## Open — needs someone heading plus every inline Open — needs someone: line. Skips archived/, _pre_ and ARCHIVED files. De-duplicated per job on the first 140 characters. Superintendent and coordinator come from team.super / team.coordinator in the live tracker index.
Limits, stated. A flag carried forward across several dated entries in reworded form may appear more than once. Prose beneath a heading that is not a bullet is treated as context, not an item — so this under-reports rather than over-reports. A job with no superintendent in the index shows as no superintendent, which is a real gap, not a display error.
