Tracker Board
All projects — company board
Every job on the tracker, grouped by where it sits in the McCully process — earliest stage first. Same live index as the Project Tracker board. A dash means the value is not recorded yet, never zero.

Subcontractor ratings
Keep the ratings growing — every rating helps the whole team pick better. Rating a sub yourself locks in the real value.
Company-wide operational board — Every job, grouped by the stage it is in — earliest first. Next step, open flags and who owns it. Click a stage heading to fold it away; click a row for the full record. Prospects start folded. To work the flags themselves, go to the Work Queue — that is the one you can close against.

Subcontractor directory
Search and filter by trade and rating. Set or change a rating inline — it saves for the team.
My Projects
Your jobs, live from the same tracker index as every other view — filtered to the name picked top-right. Map on top; your jobs in the same table as the Overview.

To-Do — retired
Job tasks now live in Work Queue. This tab was a private list saved only in this browser — nobody else could see it, it read nothing from any job, and it was never backed up to Dropbox. Work Queue replaces it with every unresolved Open — needs someone line from every job, ranked by what blocks the job first and then by age.
Retired 08.18.26 (R192). The tab is kept rather than removed so existing habits still land somewhere that explains itself — same pattern as the Superintendent Dashboard retirement.
Work Queue
Every unresolved Open — needs someone line from every job's memory, ranked by what blocks the job first and then by age. Read-only — closing a flag writes a dated resolution entry to that job's memory.
To close one: copy its F-… id, then in that job's Project say “close F-… — what you did”. It writes a new dated entry to the job's memory and the flag leaves this list. ⛔ Never edit the entry that raised it.
